Des pistes de travail sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9es pour mener \u00e0 bien les objectifs suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Revaloriser les salaires de l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs sociaux<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9passer les approches par cat\u00e9gories de m\u00e9tiers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Moderniser le contexte de travail des professionnels de l\u2019accompagnement<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie des professionnels<\/strong> ( n\u00e9gociations sur l\u2019organisation des services, renforcement de la pr\u00e9vention des accidents psycho-sociaux et physiques\u2026)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Redonner une visibilit\u00e9 au secteur<\/strong> en affirmant le caract\u00e8re valorisant des parcours professionnels (campagnes de communication\u2026)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Penser le travail social en partant de la personne concern\u00e9e<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Redonner du sens par le rapprochement des formations<\/strong> (identification de comp\u00e9tences \u00ab socles \u00bb transf\u00e9rables entre les diff\u00e9rentes missions et m\u00e9tiers, d\u00e9veloppement de formations interinstitutionnelles et interprofessionnelles\u2026)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Renforcer les diff\u00e9rentes voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s<\/strong> (VAE, d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019apprentissage et des contrats de professionnalisation\u2026)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repenser l\u2019articulation entre formation th\u00e9orique et formation pratique<\/strong> (valorisation de la fonction de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent de stage, mise en place de nouvelles modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acquisition des comp\u00e9tences\u2026)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Poursuivre le rapprochement avec l\u2019universit\u00e9 et la recherche<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Int\u00e9grer les personnes accompagn\u00e9es dans l\u2019organisation des formations en travail social<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/solidarites-sante.gouv.fr\/IMG\/pdf\/livre-vert-du-travail-social-09032022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pour t\u00e9l\u00e9charger l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du livre vert, cliquez ici<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Vers des recommandations plus op\u00e9rationnelles<\/h2>\n<p>Un \u00ab livre vert \u00bb a\u00a0 est une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers la mise en place d&rsquo;actions concr\u00e8tes. Il a en effet pour vocation \u00e0 poser des constats et des analyses pr\u00e9alables \u00e0 un d\u00e9bat public. <strong>Le Haut Conseil du Travail Social a donc annonc\u00e9 la prochaine \u00e9tape : la sortie d\u2019un livre blanc pour le second semestre 2022.<\/strong> L\u2019objectif ? \u00ab <em>Pr\u00e9ciser ce cadre complexe d\u2019orientations pour en d\u00e9gager des \u00e9l\u00e9ments
