Il a envie de les faire progresser, grandir. Il sait susciter l\u2019envie, il donne de l\u2019autonomie et des objectifs justes. Il n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 remercier, \u00e0 f\u00e9liciter. Il sait \u00e9couter, encourager en cas de difficult\u00e9s, rassurer dans les p\u00e9riodes de crise. Toutes ces actions rel\u00e8vent d\u2019un bon sens que l\u2019on a perdu.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les secteurs du social et de la sant\u00e9, c\u2019est le caract\u00e8re \u00ab contagieux \u00bb de cette notion qui est int\u00e9ressant car il est peut-\u00eatre plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 qu\u2019ailleurs. Par exemple, quand un chef de service hospitalier prend soin de ses infirmi\u00e8res, cela peut avoir un impact positif sur le r\u00e9tablissement du patient. Une professionnelle de sant\u00e9 bien trait\u00e9e fait mieux son travail et cela profite au malade. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, pour faire du bien \u00e0 l\u2019autre, il faut aussi qu\u2019on me fasse du bien. Il y a l\u00e0 un effet domino qui nous rappelle que le management bienveillant constitue une priorit\u00e9 dans ces secteurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Staffsocial : Pourquoi vous posez-vous en ap\u00f4tre de cette id\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Philippe Rodet<\/strong> : Parce qu\u2019en dix ans, le pourcentage de collaborateurs victimes d\u2019un haut niveau de stress est pass\u00e9 de 38 \u00e0 61% et que, dans la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, la motivation s\u2019est effondr\u00e9e. Parall\u00e8lement, entre 2013 et 2014, le pourcentage de salari\u00e9s d\u00e9motiv\u00e9s a augment\u00e9 de 12%, passant de 40 \u00e0 52%. Le manager doit favoriser le bien-\u00eatre individuel plut\u00f4t que la performance collective.<\/p>\n<p>Quand le stress augmente, des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux se produisent, c\u2019est scientifiquement prouv\u00e9. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, en baissant le niveau de stress, la motivation augmente. J\u2019ai vu les ravages qu\u2019une surdose de tension pouvait provoquer dans mon premier m\u00e9tier, la m\u00e9decine d\u2019urgence. Ce mode n\u2019est plus adapt\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui car le niveau de stress est \u00e0 son comble.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Staffsocial : Comment s\u2019applique-t-elle au quotidien ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Philippe Rodet<\/strong> : Le management bienveillant s\u2019adapte \u00e0 n\u2019importe quelle situation. Qu\u2019on soit aide-soignante, marin ou fonctionnaire dans une mairie\u2026 la m\u00e9thode est transposable partout. Car la racine du mal est commune. Moins les liens sociaux sont solides, plus le stress s\u2019exprime. Aujourd\u2019hui, les gens manquent de rep\u00e8res dans leur travail. Il faut leur faire prendre conscience que celui-ci est riche de sens. Cela passe \u00e9videmment par une meilleure communication Mais aussi des engagements concrets avec un suivi. Par un syst\u00e8me d\u2019emails, d\u2019e-learning\u2026 il faut juste se sentir obliger de jouer le jeu. L\u2019excellence est une exigence de comportement. Je suis en revanche sceptique sur la formation, laquelle me semble utile si l\u2019on veut ma\u00eetriser un logiciel, mais non lorsqu\u2019on souhaite modifier des comportements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Staffsocial : Quelles sont les cl\u00e9s d\u2019un management bienveillant ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Philippe Rodet<\/strong> : Il faut augmenter les \u00e9motions positives. Plus une personne trouve du sens \u00e0 son travail, plus elle dispose d\u2019autonomie, plus elle est reconnue, plus elle est impliqu\u00e9e et fait preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Cette bienveillance, le manager doit d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9galement en faire preuve envers lui-m\u00eame. Il va lui arriver d\u2019\u00eatre maladroit, agressif, de se tromper, ce n\u2019est pas grave.
