{"id":3470,"date":"2014-07-29T11:43:05","date_gmt":"2014-07-29T09:43:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.staffsocial.fr\/?p=3470"},"modified":"2017-08-10T10:23:09","modified_gmt":"2017-08-10T10:23:09","slug":"comprendre-le-conge-individuel-de-formation-cif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.staffsocial.fr\/contenu\/comprendre-le-conge-individuel-de-formation-cif\/","title":{"rendered":"Comprendre le Cong\u00e9 Individuel de Formation (CIF)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Cong\u00e9 Individuel de Formation (CIF) permet au salari\u00e9 de s&rsquo;absenter temporairement de son poste afin de suivre une formation pour pr\u00e9parer un examen ou \u00e9voluer professionnellement.<br \/>\nIl s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une d\u00e9marche personnelle de la part du salari\u00e9, ind\u00e9pendamment des formations pr\u00e9vues par l&rsquo;entreprise.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Qui est concern\u00e9 par le CIF ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du CIF, vous devez \u00eatre salari\u00e9 du priv\u00e9 en CDI depuis deux ans (dont une ann\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;entreprise actuelle) ou justifier de 24 mois d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 en CDD durant les cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es &lsquo;dont quatre mois au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e).<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez moins de 26 ans au moment du d\u00e9p\u00f4t du dossier, vous devez justifier de 12 mois d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 dans le priv\u00e9 au cours de cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (dont quatre mois en CDD au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Combien de temps dure un CIF ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e maximum du CIF est d&rsquo;un an \u00e0 temps complet ou 1 200 heures \u00e0 temps partiel. Il\u00a0peut s&rsquo;\u00e9tendre sur trois ans. une fois la formation termin\u00e9e, la salari\u00e9 r\u00e9int\u00e8gre le poste qu&rsquo;il occupait avant la formation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Comment financer le CIF ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le CIF est financ\u00e9 par l&rsquo;un des organismes de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat. Il s&rsquo;agit du FONGECIF de votre r\u00e9gion (Fonds de Gestion du CIF) ou de l&rsquo;OPCA (Organisme Paritaire Collecteur Agr\u00e9e). Ces organismes sont aliment\u00e9s par les entreprises d&rsquo;au moins dix salari\u00e9s.<br \/>\nGr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses organismes, le salari\u00e9 continue de percevoir entre 80 \u00e0 100% de sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration durant sa formation ainsi que d&rsquo;une prise en charge des frais engendr\u00e9s par celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Comment faire pour obtenir un CIF ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le salari\u00e9 doit se renseigner aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;organisme pour lequel son \u00e9tablissement verse sa contribution. Il doit \u00e9galement faire la demande de CIF par \u00e9crit \u00e0 son employeur. Celle-ci doit pr\u00e9ciser la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;absence, l&rsquo;intitul\u00e9 de la formation, la date de d\u00e9but ainsi que l&rsquo;organisme qui dispense la formation.<br \/>\nSi la salari\u00e9 respecte les conditions ci-dessous, l&#8217;employeur ne peut pas\u00a0s&rsquo;y opposer. Cependant, l&#8217;employeur peut choisir de reporter la date de d\u00e9but du CIF s&rsquo;il juge que cong\u00e9 nuit au bon fonctionnement de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement.
