Originalit\u00e9 mal ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, photo de mauvais go\u00fbt, contenu sans int\u00e9r\u00eat : voici quelques exemples de CV \u00e0 ne surtout pas reproduire, au risque de faire fuir les recruteurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le CV vid\u00e9o, une fausse bonne id\u00e9e<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Un dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 d&rsquo;une \u00e9cole de commerce, n&rsquo;a pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;approprier le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre tube de Carly Rae Jepsen. \u00ab\u00a0Call me maybe\u00a0\u00bb devient donc \u00ab\u00a0Recrute-moi bon sang !\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZhhsEi2OHKI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Un CV vid\u00e9o peut \u00eatre un atout ind\u00e9niable pour marquer les esprits, mais prenez garde au bad buzz. Entre l&rsquo;humour et le ridicule, la fronti\u00e8re est mince.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/G8Y1PcX0SUQ\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Dans un tout autre style, la vid\u00e9o de ce candidat d\u00e9montre qu&rsquo;un CV vid\u00e9o n&rsquo;a d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat que si l&rsquo;on a une id\u00e9e originale (mais pas trop) et que l&rsquo;on est \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise face \u00e0 la cam\u00e9ra. Ce candidat aurait du se contenter d&rsquo;envoyer un CV traditionnel.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nzptKCLa-ws\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Choisissez bien votre photo<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Votre photo peut vous rendre sympathique aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un recruteur et peut donc l&rsquo;inciter \u00e0 vous proposer un entretien. Malheureusement, il y a aussi des photos non-appropri\u00e9es au CV et qui produisent l&rsquo;effet inverse. On vous conseille donc d&rsquo;oublier la photo de vacances sur laquelle vous \u00eates torse-nu mais aussi celle qui vous fait ressembler \u00e0 un serial-killeur. Ce monsieur, par exemple, n&rsquo;a pas lu les pr\u00e9cieux conseils du Labo Staff.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9vitez \u00e9galement de rev\u00eatir votre surv\u00eatement f\u00e9tiche, achet\u00e9 durant les soldes en 1987. Pour votre photo, optez plut\u00f4t pour la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9. Entre le candidat \u00ab\u00a0Ma\u00eetre du temps et de l&rsquo;Univers\u00a0\u00bb ou le \u00ab\u00a0descendant direct des Vikings\u00a0\u00bb, le moins que l&rsquo;on puisse dire c&rsquo;est que les r\u00e9ponses sont hautes en couleur.<br \/>\nOn vous r\u00e9p\u00e8te souvent sur Le Labo Staff qu&rsquo;il est important de ne pas n\u00e9gliger la rubrique concernant les loisirs. Cependant, le recruteur n&rsquo;a que faire de savoir si vous \u00eates amateur de bi\u00e8re ou si vous aimez les soir\u00e9es bien arros\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ne surchargez pas la pr\u00e9sentation<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour qu&rsquo;un CV se fasse remarquer dans une pile de candidatures, il est tentant d&rsquo;opter pour une mise en page color\u00e9e.
