Mais pour optimiser vos chances de r\u00e9ussite, certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont \u00e0 ne pas n\u00e9gliger.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les pi\u00e8ces jointes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, un email de candidature est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un texte de pr\u00e9sentation et de deux pi\u00e8ces jointes pour permettre au recruteur de lire votre CV et votre lettre de motivation. La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est de choisir le bon format pour vos pi\u00e8ces jointes. Optez pour des formats .doc ou .pdf. En choisissant un autre format, le recruteur risque d&rsquo;\u00e9prouver des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 ouvrir vos fichiers. Dans ce cas, votre candidature ira directement dans la corbeille.<br \/>\nEnfin, veillez \u00e0 nommer vos pi\u00e8ces jointes de la mani\u00e8re suivant : \u00ab\u00a0CV_aidesoignant_pascaldupont\u00a0\u00bb. Il sera ainsi plus facile pour le recruteur de classer les candidatures.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Votre adresse email<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;envoyez pas votre candidature avec n&rsquo;importe quelle adresse email. Optez pour une adresse, \u00e0 l&rsquo;intitul\u00e9 sobre et professionnel, compos\u00e9e de votre nom et pr\u00e9nom : pascal.dupont@mail.fr par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le destinataire<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quand on postulez via une annonce, l&rsquo;adresse email de la personne charg\u00e9e du recrutement est souvent pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e.<br \/>\nDans le cas d&rsquo;une candidature spontan\u00e9e, ce sera \u00e0 vous d&rsquo;effectuer une petite enqu\u00eate afin de savoir \u00e0 qui envoyer votre email.
