La mise en page d\u00e9termine la bonne pr\u00e9sentation du CV et influencera fortement la premi\u00e8re opinion que se fera le recruteur de vous. De plus, une mise en page claire et structur\u00e9e t\u00e9moignera de votre ma\u00eetrise des logiciels de traitement de texte.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Utilisez une seule police dans votre document. Certains candidats veulent miser sur l&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 pour que leurs CV retiennent l&rsquo;attention du recruteur, mais le risque est de tomber dans le mauvais go\u00fbt. En multipliant les polices votre CV manquera de coh\u00e9rence. Gardez \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que votre CV vous repr\u00e9sente.<br \/>\nDe plus, l&rsquo;utilisation de plusieurs polices ne facilite pas la lecture d&rsquo;un CV. Il serait dommage que votre CV finisse aux oubliettes \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;un mauvais choix de police. mieux vaut donc jouer la carte de la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, vous pouvez oublier les polices de type Comic sans Ms qui ne font pas professionnelles. Optez plut\u00f4t pour des polices classiques du type Times \u00a0New roman, Arial ou Verdana. Si vous souhaitez renvoyer une image un peu plus moderne, choisissez les polices Century Gothic ou Avenir. Mais il est essentiel de toujours choisir une police lisible, car votre CV sera peut \u00eatre scann\u00e9 ou imprim\u00e9. Certaines polices ne sont plus tr\u00e8s lisibles une fois pass\u00e9e l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de l&rsquo;impression.<br \/>\nLa taille de la police doit, quant \u00e0 elle, \u00eatre comprise entre 9 et 12. Si vous avez un CV fourni, choisissez une police de taille 9, mais pas moins. Si au contraire vous \u00eates d\u00e9butant, optez pour une police de taille 12, mais ne d\u00e9passez pas cette taille sinon le recruteur aura l&rsquo;impression que vous essayez de combler le vide de votre CV en employant une police imposante.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les options<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Utilisez le gras avec parcimonie. Le gras permet de mettre certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments en \u00e9vidence. Mais si vous en abusez, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;effet inverse qui se produira et aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment de ressortira efficacement. Il en est de m\u00eame pour l&rsquo;option de soulignage. Elle n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue et est \u00e0 \u00e9viter \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des paragraphes. Cependant, cette option peut \u00eatre employ\u00e9e pour mettre en valeur les titres des rubriques par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les outils de mise en page<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9vitez les blocs de texte, cela ne donnera pas envie au recruteur de vous lire. Retournez \u00e0 la ligne quand vous le jugerez n\u00e9cessaire. Usez \u00e9galement des puces qui permettront de classer et de mettre en \u00e9vidence vos comp\u00e9tences et\/ou vos exp\u00e9riences.<br \/>\nEnfin, n&rsquo;oubliez pas de pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 l&rsquo;interlignage qui est l&rsquo;espace entre deux lignes. La norme est de choisir un interlignage de 1,5.<br \/>\nLa marge a aussi son importance, l&rsquo;id\u00e9al est de choisir une marge de 2,5 cm. Si vous avez un long CV, vous pouvez r\u00e9duire cette marge.<\/p>\n<p>Quelles que soient les options de mise en page que vous utilisez, ne perdez pas de vue qu&rsquo;il ne faut pas surcharger votre CV. Mettez-vous \u00e0 la place du recruteur qui re\u00e7oit des dizaines de CV.
