Le recruteur pensera imm\u00e9diatement que vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas motiv\u00e9 et que vous postulez par hasard. Une tenue sobre vous adopterez<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans les domaines de la sant\u00e9 et du social, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de v\u00eatir votre plus beau tailleur ou costume, sauf si vous postulez \u00e0 un poste de direction. Des v\u00eatements propres et sobres feront l&rsquo;affaire. Dans les yeux vous regarderez<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il est essentiel de regarder dans les yeux votre interlocuteur. Cela montrera votre franchise et votre int\u00e9r\u00eat. Du tact vous aurez<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le recruteur vous interrogera forc\u00e9ment sur vos pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes exp\u00e9riences et vous demandera, par exemple, ce que pensent vos anciens employeurs de vous. Tournez votre r\u00e9ponse autour de vos comp\u00e9tences, de vos r\u00e9ussites et de vos \u00e9checs mais surtout ne critiquez pas votre ancien employeur.
