La pr\u00e9cision des informations y est donc fondamentale\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une des premi\u00e8res informations que lit un recruteur dans un CV, c&rsquo;est la rubrique Formation. Il s&rsquo;attache d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier que le niveau de formation actuel correspond bien au profil du poste.<br \/>\nPuis il examine attentivement le parcours complet\u00a0: formation initiale et ses \u00e9tapes, formations continues, stages compl\u00e9mentaires \u2026 Il est donc essentiel de regrouper dans cet espace <strong>l&rsquo;ensemble des formations suivies, recens\u00e9es par ordre ante-chronologique (du plus r\u00e9cent au plus ancien)<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour les exprimer, mieux vaut commencer par la date d&rsquo;obtention du dipl\u00f4me concern\u00e9, directement suivi par <strong>l&rsquo;intitul\u00e9 exact du dipl\u00f4me<\/strong>, en initiales et en toutes lettres pour certains acronymes.<br \/>\nInutile par exemple d&rsquo;expliciter BTS, mieux vaut en revanche mentionner le DEAMP (dipl\u00f4me d\u2019Etat d&rsquo;aide m\u00e9dico-psychologique) en toutes lettres\u00a0: les recruteurs ne sont pas tous forc\u00e9ment sp\u00e9cialistes du secteur et effectuent en outre des <strong>recherches par mots cl\u00e9s dans les CV<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLorsque le dipl\u00f4me obtenu n&rsquo;entre pas dans les cat\u00e9gories d\u00e9sormais standard du LMD (Licence Master Doctorat), une pr\u00e9cision entre parenth\u00e8ses de son \u00e9quivalence peut \u00e9galement faciliter la compr\u00e9hension par le lecteur du CV. BTM ou BTMS\u00a0: les diff\u00e9rents niveaux des candidats \u00e0 un poste de proth\u00e9siste dentaire correspondent respectivement aux niveaux Licence et Master.
